It's private. It used to be mob owned, then owned by a church group, now, well, rich Russians? Not sure. Have only been there when the Italians owned it. Golf course, restaurant, landing strip, marina. Frank Sinatra used to have a house on the island back in the day. If you have a chance to go to Rattlesnake or Hen Island, don't pass them up.
This place is run down and full of rich jerks.
