Then she gave us a cart and it rained but no one cleaned the cart of so it was soaked. Didn't offer to clean it. Threw me a towel. Very rude. And you can't cancel because they have a 24 hour cancellation. Beware and go elsewhere.
Horrible service. First of all, the put in bay resort and conference center owns this place. They recommend that you go to Delaware golf carts and make it seem this is the only place on the island. It's not the most conveniently located at all. There are several places right off the ferry and all the prices are comparable. Also, they force you to leave a credit card or your license. Not a copy. Not a number. They want the actual physical license. They don't take copies or numbers. They want the card. So make sure to bring extra credit cars or IDs because if you rent from them they hold on to it. Then you go in to the hotel owned by the same Company and they want the card to finish out the reservation. Classic. (I said I left it at golf cart rentals!)

My experience was similar to many others. Made a reservation and was told they overbooked so carts not available when we arrived. Women at desk not helpful at all. Came back in the eve to check for cart able to rent for 4 hours an charged $76 full day. Employee's response (or lack of) was ridiculous. This company appears to take advantage of the chaos and unethically charge. I am sure other golf cart businesses would be happy to have their location and run a more honest business.
I have contacted the manager/owner for resolve and considering filing BBB report depending on his follow up. Stay tuned.
Rented a 6 person cart on Saturday. Cart looked like it had not been cleaned all year. Ran slow. Breaks did not work properly. When we reported the problem to the staff upon return of the vehicle she did not seem to care and did not make note of the problems. There are many options for better rental carts on the island. I recommend that you go elsewhere.
I use there gas golf cart in Road around the island on every road that's not private eyes 13 times in a row over a. Of 9 hours and 45 minutes beating my all-time record by a long shot plus they take good care of their Golf Carts and probably mostly higher the local kids
Terrible service!!! I had booked them July 21-22 (Christmas in July). I left an online reservation with my card and my significant other had picked them up and had to leave a card. He was assured his card would not be charged as well. What do you know, they had charged both my card and his over $200 each. When trying to contact them you can only email and still have not heard back anything over 2 weeks!!!!! All I want is them to refund me the money they over charged on one of the cards. When calling the phone number all they can say is we cannot help because this is just an answering service. If you ask me it's not worth booking your golf carts here when you can go somewhere else and not have to deal with these problems !!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS , Total Sham
